Our Silver Service Program in Corporate Aviation covers all the necessary subjects and gives you the tools you to start as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Course Overview:

- We start with emergency procedures as a sole flight attendant, which differ considerably from the ones we have learned in commercial airlines; therefore it is highly recommended for our trainees to know the techniques and skills that are taught on a corporate jet and learning these procedures in English. Furthermore this will help you since these are the reason of many questions in airlines' recruiting process.

- Then we start in depth with all matters which are related to a corporate flight attendant everyday's life, and which represents 90% of his/her job such as:

• Learning how to cater and face last minute catering changes.
• Protocol, etiquette and behaviour when sitting at a table.
• Attitude in front of our passengers, dos and don’ts.
• Nonverbal language recognition and anticipating passenger’s needs.
• Essential knowledge and protocol of serving caviar, tea, wine, champagne and cheeses.
• Kosher, Arab, Japanese meals, their history, protocol and rules. How to behave in front of a passenger depending on his food and/or religious preferences.
• We learn how to make different napkin foldings to set and dress a table properly on a private aircraft.
• We learn the clues and examples with roll playing when facing a corporate airline interview, as well as how to make and highlight your CV from the rest accordingly.

- On our last day we do a professional VIP catering order, where we will practice all what we have learned during the course, which is the first step to get into your corporate flight attendant career with success.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All trainees who want to participate in our courses shall offer their best corporate image during the length of the training.

Ladies in business attire, skirt or trousers are accepted, make up and well groomed and as well as properly hairdressed.

Gentlemen in business attire, accordingly dressed, tidy and neat. Wearing a tie it is a must.
